At Lizard Thicket, we want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale to ensure the highest quality for our community.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
