We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items and accessories are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Lizard Thicket only ships within the United States. We are looking into expanding our shipping options in the near future.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
Can I use an in-store gift card online?
Yes, our gift cards are universal! You can redeem Lizard Thicket gift cards both at our physical boutique locations and on our official website.
